I have always loved straight razors. However I never really had a use for them outside of a display piece. I'm super clumsy so there is no way I'm shaving with one and they don't really serve any purpose outside of that.
I wanted the look of a straight razor but with some function. So I made The Demon Bottle Opener of Fleet Street! It's obviously heavily inspired by Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Its the best of both worlds with the look and design of a straight razor but the function of a bottle opener.
These are made of stainless steel, with BLOOD wood scales that are secured with brass pins. It maybe one of the classiest bottle openers you will ever own!

A few months ago I wanted to try a new technique for etching metal. I did some research and experimenting which was surprisingly successful. I decided that I was going to make a custom championship belt as I'm a collector and a life long fan of Professional Wrestling. I decided to design it after my wife and I's favorite wrestler Danhausen. The entire project was a lot of fun and very little set backs.
Flash forward a few months, My wife and I decided to attend the Squared Circle Expo as our favorite wrestler would be there. I decided to gift him the belt and he was very thankful. We filmed a small segment for his vlog and took a ton of photos with fans. It was a really great weekend. If you want more information on Danhausen, check out his various social media links below

I wanted to challenge myself and make something other than a knife. I decided to make a pair of steel and copper coffee scoops for my favorite coffee makers, Rootless Coffee! This project involved twisting the steel and hammering out copper bowls. It was an absolute blast and I learned quite a bit. I'm definitely going to be branching off from this project to more kitchenware.
Rootless Coffee roasts in Flint, Michigan. Not only do they have amazing coffee, the artwork on the coffee bags and merchandise is amazing! They are big supporters of local artists as well. Check them out at Rootlesscoffee.com
East Race Muscle requested two knives to be given out as first place prizes at their Iron Cup weightlifting competition. I made some long, basic choppers with bocote handles. They were very pleased, as was I, with the outcome. It is so cool to see a project showcased. As always, delivered in a coffin. Picture credit goes to Indiana Whiskey Company.
I've been involved with donating to The Great Lakes Burn Camp for kids for well over a decade through The Mustache Bash. For those who don't know, the GLBC is a wonderful organization built around sending kids that have been affected by fire (whether that is by accident or abuse) to camp for a week to feel like a kid again. It's a tremendous organization!
Unfortunately the Mustache Bash was postponed, The Ghost Forge managed to raise $750 total! The check was sent off this week. A huge thank you for those who purchased and supported The Ghost Forge! Click the photo for a link to GLBC!
The Ghost Forge has pretty much only had a presence on Instagram until now. I have a Twitter I rarely post on, had a video on TikTok hit 300k views and not much of a Facebook user. But after talking to a friend I really admire, he suggested I make a website. My friend being a really successful and intelligent business owner, I decided to take his advice. I'm not much of a website builder but this is new and exciting! My goal is to push out more content along with new products this year and the website is the first step!
